We represent our clients in cases of collective management of copyright and related rights in the following areas: assessment of liabilities to a collective management organisation, negotiation of contracts with collective management organisations and in any disputes arising as a result thereof.
We represent our clients in other disputes over infringement of copyright and related rights, and infringement of image and databases. For our clients we prepare and negotiate contracts of exploitation of image.
