Filip Wiński

Filip has been a chartered auditor since 2006. He graduated from the University of Wrocław with a master's degree in management and marketing. In addition, he accomplished one-year TEMPUS studies in the European School of Economy in Berlin where he focused on the following areas of study: economics, finance and management, as well as one-year international standards of financial reporting course. He passed the exam that enabled him to become a supervisory board member of the State Treasury companies.

Between 1999 and 2008 Filip was employed by Zespół Elektrociepłowni Wrocławskich (EDF Poland Group) where he was responsible for the accounting side of the company and managed the department of accounting and financial reporting. He took responsibility for preparation and publication of company reports on Warsaw Stock Exchange. As a part of the cooperation with Edro, an IT company, Filip formulated and implemented the system of financial statement consolidation that was used, inter alia, by TAURON PE S.A. Within his own practice, Filip has been cooperating with JUSTAN AUDYTOR Sp. z o.o. (the auditing company) since 2008. During that cooperation he has implemented a number of projects, such as the audit of combining the G7 group (present Energa) and the research of financial statements. He has carried out a range of company financial estimations (i.e. ZEC SERVICE Sp. z o.o., EKOTRAKT Sp. z o.o.) as well as trademark estimations (i.e. 4flex, Aqua Slim, VITASTERON)
