Małgorzata Ludwik
Małgorzata has been an attorney-at-law Legal since 2005. She graduated from the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics at the University of Wrocław and has an LLM from the University of Heidelberg. She is also a graduate of the Postgraduate School of Copyrights, Publishing and Press Law at the Jagiellonian University (2009).
She has acquired her professional experience in law firms: Dr. Bernadr Rödl & Partner, JWKG Jurgowiak, Wnuk, Kaźmierczak, Giezek, Grynhoff, Woźny, Maliński in Wrocław, and Clifford Chance Pünder in Frankfurt.
Małgorzata specializes in copyright, particularly in matters relating to copyright in the art trade, and in legal aspects of new technologies. She is experienced in ensuring security, from a legal perspective, of transactions regarding the art trade in Poland and abroad. She has extensive experience in conducting court disputes and arbitration cases regarding copyright infringement, improper performance of implementation agreements and disputes regarding co-authorship declarations.
Małgorzata is the co-author of the monograph Sądownictwo polubowne (Arbitraż) (Arbitration), published by C.H. BECK publishing house.
She is currently pursuing a PhD at the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics of the University of Wrocław, and is preparing a dissertation on the control of the common judiciary over arbitration courts under the academic supervision of prof. Łukasz Błaszczak.
