Marek Wiński

Marek has been an attorney-at-law since 2005. He graduated Law at the University of Wrocław. He accomplished a three-year legal practice at the Court of Appeal in Wrocław that ended with the judicial exam. He also accomplished a legal training at the Wrocław Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law, and postgraduate course in the Intellectual Property Law Centre in Cracow.

He has over ten years of experience in the intellectual property that has been gained in leading law firms and during his own practice. Marek has cooperated with Domański, Zakrzewski, Palinka Law Firm. He was a member of the Board of Directors of Neonet SA - the Polish partnership of television, radio and domestic electrical appliances, and he was the managing partner in Hasik, Wiński and Partners Law Firm for three years.

Marek has been repeatedly recommended in the international ranking of the IAM Patent 1000 as a patent dispute attorney.
